Contains caffeine; not recommended for children and pregnant women (caffeine content – 86 mg / 1 serving).
Do not consume with other products that are a source of caffeine or other ingredients with a similar effect.
Due to the content of beta-alanine, the product is intended for people with increased sports activity.

RECOMMENDED USE:
Mix 7.5 g (1/2 scoop – 1 serving) with 250 ml of water. Consume 15 minutes before training.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
